We work with verified fulfillment partners to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Most orders are submitted to our fulfillment partners within 24 hours of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Once processed, most orders arrive in Canada within 5–10 business days. The estimated delivery date for your specific item is shown directly on the product page before checkout.
Cut-off Times
Orders placed before 8:00 PM Pacific Time on weekdays begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 PM, on weekends, or on Canadian statutory holidays begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Coverage and Cost
We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package — this is normal for international shipments.
Carriers
Your order is handed off to international shipping partners and delivered through Canada Post for the final leg. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery time depends on their network.
Possible Delays
Delays are rare but can happen during:
- Canadian statutory holidays
- Major weather events
- Customs processing
- Chinese New Year (mid-January to mid-February)
- Peak shopping seasons

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please contact us within 7 days. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or issue a replacement. If your product arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us first to start a return — please don't ship anything back without a confirmation email from us.
