Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Glowspec, we believe in doing business with complete honesty and transparency. We want you to have clear expectations about how your order is processed, where it comes from, and exactly when it will arrive. Please review our shipping process below before completing your purchase.

1. Global Sourcing & Fulfillment

To offer you high-quality tech and gaming accessories at competitive prices, we partner directly with international manufacturers and fulfillment centers. This means your items are shipped directly from our global partners rather than a local domestic warehouse.

2. Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is verified, it is immediately sent to our manufacturing partners for fulfillment.

  • Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be processed, quality-checked, and packaged for shipment.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and a follow-up email with your tracking number as soon as the package leaves the facility.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because your order is shipping internationally, delivery takes longer than standard local mail. We use reliable, tracked shipping lines to ensure your package arrives safely.

  • Standard Delivery: Please allow 10 to 20 business days for your item to arrive after it has been processed.

  • Note: While many packages arrive earlier than this window, international shipping can occasionally be affected by customs processing, severe weather, or local postal delays. We provide this timeline upfront so you can plan accordingly.

4. Split Shipments

If you order multiple different items, they may be manufactured by different international partners. To get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order may be split into separate packages.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

  • You will never be charged extra shipping fees if we have to split your order.

5. Shipping Costs & Hidden Fees

We do not believe in hidden fees. All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. The total price you see on the final checkout screen is exactly what you will be charged by Glowspec.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Depending on your country's import laws, your package may be subject to local customs inspections or import duties upon arrival.

  • As the buyer, you are responsible for any local taxes or customs fees levied by your government. Glowspec has no control over these external government charges.

7. Our Responsibility to You (Lost or Damaged Items)

We take full responsibility for ensuring you receive exactly what you paid for. The risk of the item being lost or damaged in transit remains with us until it is successfully delivered to your hands.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives broken or defective, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage. We will promptly issue a full refund or send a free replacement.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking number has not updated in over 30 days, or the courier confirms the package is lost, we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at zero cost to you.

8. Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If a package is returned to our facility or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we cannot be held responsible for the replacement cost.
